Mr. Sandlin, is very knowledgeable in real estate matters. We were looking for pointers in what to do to our house to get the best price and when is the best time of year to list it. Able to get marked down house lower than reduced price. Showed us different properties through out the Mount Orab vicinity. He listened too :sand reviewed houses that met our wishes. He saved us money on an already reduced property.

Excellent at what he does, works great at trying to find your dream home... great at negotiations, and helping everyone out that is involved... very smart caring and loving at his job, we went and looked at a place with him, but it didn't work out because it was an amish home and we had to pay to have electricity and furnace put in, by the time we did all that the payment was going to be too high for us.
